Role Description The Social Media Listening Intern role is a remote internship focused on monitoring and analyzing online conversations related to CosmoQuick, its services, and the broader recruitment and job marketplace space. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking brand mentions across social platforms, identifying trends and sentiment, and compiling insights into clear reports for the marketing and product teams. The intern will assist in spotting opportunities for engagement, flagging potential issues or reputation risks,



and suggesting content ideas or campaign improvements based on audience feedback.

This role also involves collaborating with team members to refine social media strategies, support digital marketing initiatives, and maintain accurate documentation of social listening activities.

Qualifications

- Ability to work with Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing tools to monitor conversations and trends.
- Skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to support engagement strategies and campaigns.
- Strong Communication skills for summarizing insights, preparing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Interest in data analysis, online communities, and brand reputation management; familiarity with social listening or analytics tools is a plus.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Curiosity about recruitment technology and job marketplaces, with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
