At Crobstacle Ventures LLP, we’re looking for Social Media Marketing Interns who want to understand how brands are actually built online.

This role is ideal for students and freshers from Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Journalism, BBA, or related backgrounds who are interested in content, branding, social media strategy, audience growth, and digital storytelling.

You will work on real brands, founder-led content, campaigns, and digital products while learning how social media supports business growth, not just how to post content.

What You’ll Work On

- Assist in planning Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media content
- Help build weekly and monthly content calendars
- Research trends, hooks, formats, hashtags, and competitor activity
- Write captions, post copy, hooks, and basic content ideas
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors
- Assist with scheduling and publishing posts, stories, and reels
- Monitor comments, DMs, and audience engagement
- Support founder and personal-brand content
- Help prepare basic social media performance reports
- Study what content is working and suggest improvements
- Support campaign execution and day-to-day social media activities

What We’re Looking For

- Interest in social media, content, branding, or digital marketing
- Good written communication skills
- Basic understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and short-form content
- Ability to research trends and content ideas
- Creative thinking and curiosity
- Basic understanding of captions, hooks, and audience engagement
- Organised and comfortable working with deadlines
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve quickly
- Comfortable working full-time from our Dehradun office

Good to Have

- Previous internship, college project, or personal page management experience




- Familiarity with Canva
- Basic knowledge of Notion or scheduling tools
- Understanding of Instagram Reels
- Interest in founder branding or LinkedIn content
- Basic social media analytics knowledge
- Experience creating content for college clubs, societies, startups, or personal projects

Internship Tracks 3-Month Beginner Internship

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: ₹1,500/month For candidates who are at the beginning of their social media journey and want structured exposure to content planning, execution, and professional work discipline.

6-Month Advanced Internship

Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: Progressive, based on performance and capability, up to ₹5,000/month For candidates who show strong potential and want deeper exposure to content strategy, social media management, reporting, branding, and live client work.

Pro Internship

Duration: Customizable

Stipend: Up to ₹5,000/month, based on experience and skill level For candidates who already demonstrate strong communication, content sense, initiative, and the ability to contribute independently from an early stage.
