The Opportunity

Navi Japan is looking for a Social Media Intern who can support content creation, social media management, community engagement, and shoot coordination. This role is ideal for someone who is camera confident, creative, organised, and eager to learn how a fast-growing education brand builds its digital presence.

As a Social Media Intern, you will work closely with the marketing and content team to assist in planning, shooting, posting, and managing content across social media platforms, with a primary focus on Instagram.





Role Summary The Social Media Intern will support the execution of Navi Japan’s social media and content activities. The role will involve assisting with content shoots, managing comments and engagement, posting content, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting daily social media operations.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable in front of the camera, have basic knowledge of social media platforms, and be open to managing shoots, recordings, and content-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Support: Assist in creating short-form content, reels, stories, and basic social media posts for Navi Japan.
- Shoot Coordination: Help schedule, coordinate, and manage content shoots with the concerned team members.
- Camera Presence: Be comfortable appearing on camera for basic video content, reels, explainers, and student-focused content.
- Social Media Management: Support day-to-day posting, caption updates, story uploads, and content scheduling.
- Community Engagement: Manage comments, replies, and basic audience interactions across social media platforms.
- Recording Support: Assist in setting up and managing shoots, recordings, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with social media trends,



reel formats, and content ideas relevant to students and education.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with the content, design, and marketing teams for smooth execution of social media activities.

Qualifications and Experience

- 0–2 years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or related areas.
- Graduate from any degree background.
- Prior internship experience in social media or content creation will be an added advantage.
- Interest in education, Japan, student content, or digital storytelling is preferred.

Required Skills

- Camera confident and comfortable recording short-form content.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, reels, stories, captions, and social media trends.
- Ability to manage comments, DMs, and content posting.
- Open to managing shoots, recordings, and basic production support.
- Comfortable with coordination and day-to-day content support.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of content planning and social media engagement.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
