Key Responsibilities

1.Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & other social media platforms.

2.Handle social media accounts for multiple branches/locations.

3.Plan monthly content calendars, captions, reels, stories and campaigns.

4.Create branch-specific content around events, students, achievements and activities.

5.Coordinate with designers, branch teams and internal stakeholders.

6.Schedule and publish content consistently.

7.Monitor comments, DMs, mentions and audience engagement.

8.Track basic metrics such as reach, engagement, views and follower growth.

9.Stay updated with social media trends, reels and platform updates.

Required Skills

1.Strong content writing, editing and communication skills.

2.Experience managing multiple social media accounts.

3.Creative mindset with positive organizational skills.

4.Basic knowledge of social media analytics.

5.Telugu or Malayalam proficiency is an added advantage.

6.Paid advertising experience is not required.
