Social Media Executive

Position Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented Social Media Executive who will not only manage day-to-day social media operations but will also be accountable for the performance and growth of our social media pages. This role requires ownership, analytical thinking, and a explicit understanding of how content translates into engagement, inquiries, and walk-ins

Social Media

Management (Execution)

- Plan, manage, and execute the monthly and weekly social media calendar.

- Ensure timely posting of reels, stories, static posts, highlights, and campaigns.

- Maintain brand tone, visual consistency, and premium aesthetics across all platforms.

- Coordinate with internal teams for shoots, creatives, product information, and store updates.

Performance Tracking

Growth

- Track daily and weekly performance metrics: Reach, Engagement, Saves, Shares, Profile visits, DMs, inquiries, and leads.

- Analyze what content works and what doesn t.

- Suggest data-backed improvements for content formats, hooks, captions, and posting times.

- Take responsibility for month-on-month growth of social pages.

3.

Reporting

Review

- Share a weekly performance report with clear numbers, insights, and action points.

- Present monthly performance summary vs targets.

- Identify gaps and propose corrective actions proactively.

4.

Audience Engagement Lead

Handling

- Monitor comments, DMs, and story replies daily.

- Respond in a timely, brand-appropriate manner.

- Coordinate with sales/store teams to close social media inquiries.

- Track lead source and outcome where applicable.

5.

Content Optimization

Trends

- Stay updated with social media trends, reels formats, and algorithm changes.

- Adapt trends in a way that suits a premium jewellery brand.

- Continuously improve content quality to drive engagement and visibility.

6.

Ownership

Accountability

- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned tasks.

- Ensure zero dependency for follow-ups or reminders.

- Maintain professionalism, clarity,



and confidence in communication.

- Treat social media as a performance-driven marketing channel, not just a posting platform.

Key Skills Requirements

- 2 4 years of experience in managing and growing brand social media pages

- Strong understanding of social media analytics and insights tools

- Ability to connect content performance with business objectives

- Hands-on experience with Instagram and Facebook (reels-focused)

- Strong coordination and execution skills

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Month-on-month growth in reach and engagement

- Increase in profile visits and inquiries

- Content consistency and execution discipline

- Quality and clarity of weekly performance reports

- Contribution of social media to store walk-ins / leads

Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Business, or a related field

- Specialized certification in Digital Marketing / Social Media Marketing will be an added advantage

- 2 4 years of hands-on experience managing brand social media pages (retail, lifestyle, luxury preferred)

- Strong working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and their analytics/insights tools

- Basic understanding of content performance metrics, audience behaviour, and growth tracking

- Familiarity with social media management tools and reporting dashboards is a plus

- Technical Skills- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, marketing and AI tools (Analytics, Campaign platforms)

Desirable Qualifications

- Familiarity with design tools

- Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite

- Experience in managing influencer marketing campaigns
