Mask TV is an Indian OTT platform focused on family-friendly entertainment, with content across multiple languages and platforms.
We are growing our digital presence across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and other social platforms, and we're looking for a Social Media Executive who understands internet culture, short-form content and what makes people stop scrolling.
What you'll do
- Manage daily posting across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and other platforms
- Create and maintain a daily/weekly content calendar
- Upload and schedule Reels, Shorts, posts and Stories
- Write engaging captions, hooks and post copy
- Identify trending sounds, formats, memes and topics and adapt them for Mask TV
- Work with our editors/designers to get content produced and published
- Find interesting clips and moments from our movies, shows and RushPlay content
- Help promote new shows, movies and releases
- Monitor comments, DMs and community engagement
- Track views, reach, followers, engagement and other key metrics
- Prepare simple weekly social media performance reports
- Research competitors and identify new content opportunities
- Continuously experiment with new formats to increase reach and followers
What we're looking for
- 0–2 years of experience in social media/content
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
- You should genuinely spend time on social media and understand current trends
- Positive sense of what makes content clickable, shareable and watchable
- Good English/Hindi communication skills
- Basic understanding of social media analytics
- Ability to work quickly and meet daily content deadlines
- Creative mindset and willingness to experiment
- Basic Canva/video editing knowledge is a plus
