About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, proactive and responsible Social Media Executive who can manage projects end-to-end from ideation and scripting to shoots, editing, client approvals and final delivery.

The ideal candidate should understand viral content, trends and content that sells, while being confident in client communication and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative, viral and sales-driven content ideas for social media.
- Create and manage monthly content calendars.
- Write engaging Reels, UGC and ad scripts with robust hooks and CTAs.
- Coordinate with clients for briefs, feedback, approvals and deliverables.
- Manage the complete content production and shoot process.
- Coordinate and manage a team of 3–4 Video Editors and production teams.
- Plan shoots, including scripts, shot lists, props, talent and production requirements.
- Be comfortable executing content using iPhone/camera setups when required.
- Review edits and ensure content meets quality and client expectations.
- Manage timelines, revisions,



shoot schedules and multiple projects.
- Create/assist with pitch decks, content strategy decks and presentations.
- Stay updated with Instagram trends, viral formats and emerging content opportunities.
- Proactively identify problems, find solutions and take complete ownership of projects.

Requirements

- 1.5+ years of experience in Social Media, Content Creation or Digital Marketing.
- Excellent client communication and coordination skills.
- Strong scriptwriting and content ideation skills.
- Good understanding of viral content and performance-driven content.
- Experience in shoot and production coordination.
- Experience managing a team of 3–4 people.
- Ability to manage content calendars, deadlines and multiple projects.
- Comfortable working with iPhone/camera-based production.
- Prompt, proactive, detail-oriented and accountable.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility from brief to delivery.
- Doesn't just identify problems — takes ownership and finds solutions.
