Role Description The Social Media Manager will manage end-to-end social media activities for multiple brands, with a focus on planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across key platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing content calendars, coordinating with designers and content creators, writing and reviewing social media copy, and implementing Social Media Optimization (SMO) best practices to increase reach and engagement. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, preparing reports, and using insights to refine strategy,



as well as staying updated on trends, platform features, and competitor activities.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Science City, Ahmedabad, and requires an immediate joiner who can collaborate closely with the in-house team and clients.

Qualifications

- Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing brand pages and campaigns.
- Ability to develop and execute effective Content Strategy for different platforms and target audiences.
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills, including crafting clear, engaging, and brand-aligned social media content.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn analytics) and experience interpreting data to improve performance.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced agency environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO basics, paid social campaigns, and content trends, is an advantage.
- Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to inclusive, brand-safe communication across all channels.
