Role Description:

The Social Media Coordinator is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing social media content that reflects the brand’s craftsmanship, values, and product stories across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others. The coordinator will manage the social media calendar, engage with online communities, respond to inquiries, and monitor comments and messages to support a positive brand presence.





Daily tasks include collaborating with the design and sales teams to gather product information, capturing and curating visuals, drafting captions, and adapting content for different audiences and channels. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, supporting digital marketing campaigns, and recommending improvements based on analytics and current social media trends.

Qualifications:

- Ability to create compelling Social Media Content Creation and Writing tailored to diverse platforms and audiences.
- Skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns.
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and engage effectively with online communities.
- Familiarity with visual storytelling, photography or basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is beneficial.
- Experience using social media analytics tools and interpreting data to improve content performance.
- Organized, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage a content calendar and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in lifestyle, design, or craft-focused brands is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
