About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Executive to manage and support the social media presence of our group brands KPI Group, Vantheon, and infithra.

This role will focus on social media management, publishing, platform coordination, content scheduling, and day-to-day execution across platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of professional and B2B social media communication, particularly on LinkedIn, along with an eye for trends, audience engagement, and platform best practices.

The candidate will work closely with the content and design teams to ensure consistent, high-quality, and timely execution across all social channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media handles across KPI Group, Vantheon, and infithra
- Schedule and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
- Coordinate with content and design teams for social media execution
- Assist in creating and maintaining social media content calendars
- Write and adapt captions based on platform and audience requirements
- Monitor engagement, comments, and platform activity




- Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports
- Stay updated with platform trends, content formats, and best practices
- Support campaign execution across webinars, events, launches, and brand initiatives
- Ensure consistency in tone, communication, and brand positioning across all channels

Requirements

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and B2B social media communication
- Experience managing social media calendars and publishing workflows
- Ability to coordinate across multiple brands and stakeholders
- Basic understanding of content strategy and audience engagement
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools
- Solid written communication and organizational skills
- Experience working with B2B brands preferred

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with employee advocacy and founder-led content strategies
- Basic understanding of performance metrics and social media reporting
- Exposure to webinar/event promotions and campaign coordination
- Understanding of social-first content formats and trends
- Experience with design & design tools is a major bonus
