We’re Hiring: Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive

Are you someone who can create content, come up with fresh ideas, confidently face the camera, and turn social media trends into engaging content?

We’re looking for a Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and take IDX’s digital presence to the next level.

What You’ll Do

- Manage and grow IDX’s presence across X, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube , and other platforms.
- Plan and execute social media content calendars and campaigns .
- Create and film creative reels, short-form videos, promotional content, and trend-based content .
- Be comfortable appearing on camera and representing the brand through videos and reels.
- Develop creative hooks, concepts, scripts, and storylines for video content.
- Participate in and help create podcasts, interviews, discussions, and podcast-based social content .
- Convert podcasts and long-form content into engaging short-form clips and reels .
- Stay updated with viral trends, memes, formats, creators, and platform updates .
- Track engagement and content performance and suggest strategies for improving reach, engagement, and brand awareness .
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to execute campaigns.

What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms.
- Creative mindset with excellent content ideation skills.
- Comfortable and confident in front of the camera .
- Familiarity with reels,



video filming, short-form content, and social media production .
- Familiarity with podcasts, interviews, and podcast content creation is a strong advantage.
- Good communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to identify and leverage social media trends quickly .
- Proactive, energetic, and willing to experiment with new content formats.
- Interest in Web3, crypto, technology, and digital communities will be an advantage.

Role Details Position: Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive

Experience: 1+ Year

Location: On-Site / Work From Office

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Salary: Starting from ₹25,000 In-Hand/Month

Compensation can be adjusted for a strong candidate based on experience, skills, and overall suitability.
