Future Agents is an AI company based in Pune. We do two things. We train professionals and business owners to use AI tools in their work, and we build AI automation solutions for companies. We have trained over 20,000 people so far.
We are looking for a Social Media Content Executive to run our content on Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn. You will own the full process, from finding the idea to posting the video and studying how it performed.
What You Will Do?
- Research topics in the AI space and decide what content we should create
- Write clear, engaging scripts in English and Hinglish
- Edit short videos
- Optimize & Publish content across Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn
- Track performance data and use it to plan the next set of videos
- Use AI tools at every step, from research and scripting to editing and design
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1 to 3 years of experience managing social media content for a business or brand
- Proven results you can show us. Be ready to share numbers such as growth in views, followers or engagement.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics. You should be able to explain why a post worked or did not work.
- Hands-on video editing skills on CapCut, Premiere Pro or a similar tool
- Strong command of AI tools.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Ability to write simple, transparent scripts in English and Hinglish
- Any graduate
