Role Description The Social Media Content Creator will develop and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels to showcase Notescafe’s features and support the aspirant community. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning content calendars, scripting and creating posts, short videos, reels, carousels, and stories, as well as repurposing existing educational material into social-friendly formats.

The role involves collaborating with product and marketing teams to understand learner needs, highlight platform updates, and maintain a consistent brand voice.

track performance metrics, and optimize content based on engagement and feedback. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Lucknow, with a mix of in-office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in social media content creation, including short-form video, graphics, and copywriting for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Experience in content planning and strategy, including editorial calendars, campaign planning, and aligning content with product and brand goals.
- Ability to research exam preparation trends, learner challenges, and education-related topics to create relevant and helpful content.
- Proficiency with basic design and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Premiere Pro, or similar) for creating visually appealing posts and videos.
- Understanding of social media analytics, engagement metrics, and best practices for growth, reach, and community building.
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to create content that is accessible and inclusive.
- Interest or prior exposure to competitive exam preparation (e.g., UPSC, UPPCS) is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Lucknow, manage deadlines independently, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
