THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Young enough to live and breathe social media. Mature enough to earn the trust of a 52-year-old professional woman in London who will not buy from a brand she doesn't believe in.

You understand the grammar of a Reel hook AND the patience required to build a buyer relationship over months. You write beautifully — captions that feel human, not like marketing copy. You take initiative, work independently, and genuinely care about the story behind the product.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Own and publish 5–7 posts per week across Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook — Reels, Carousels, Stories, and Statics
- Write all captions and VO scripts; brief or shoot short-form video content
- Run the 'Meet the Maker' artisan series, seasonal campaigns (Diwali, Mother's Day, Christmas etc.), and gifting content — our highest-frequency purchase category
- Promote our Augmented Reality try-before-you-buy feature and build the waitlist for jewellery AR coming soon




- Manage DMs and comments — and convert conversations into sales, especially around gift occasions
- Track weekly metrics; report monthly; grow Instagram to 50,000 followers in 12 months
- Support corporate gifting content on LinkedIn in coordination with the founder

WHAT WE NEED

Must Have

- 2–5 yrs social media / content experience
- Strong English writing — warm, story-first
- Instagram + Pinterest hands-on experience
- Short-form video: scripting + basic editing
- Can manage a content calendar solo
- Comfortable with a 40–60 yr-old audience

Good to Have

- Familiarity with Indian crafts / festivals
- Meta Ads or Pinterest Ads experience
- Photography / shoot direction skills
- Shopify or e-commerce analytics
- LinkedIn content / B2B experience
