Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Content Creator role based in the Pune Division.

The Social Media Content

Creator will develop and publish engaging content across social media platforms to strengthen Visator Realty’s brand presence and support marketing and business objectives. Daily responsibilities include planning content calendars, creating posts (text, images, short videos), tailoring content for different platforms, and ensuring timely posting. The role involves collaborating with marketing, sales, and facility management teams to highlight services, properties, and client success stories, as well as monitoring engagement metrics, responding to audience interactions, and suggesting improvements based on performance data.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in social media content creation, copywriting, and basic graphic or video editing to produce engaging posts tailored to multiple platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in content planning and strategy, including editorial calendar management and aligning social content with broader marketing campaigns.
- Candidates should possess skills in digital and social media marketing, such as understanding audience targeting, platform algorithms, and performance optimization.
- Candidates should possess skills in analytics and reporting, including tracking reach, engagement, and conversions, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain consistent brand tone and messaging.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work in office in the Pune Division, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Relevant experience in real estate, facility management, or B2B services marketing is beneficial, along with familiarity with major platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience in social media content creation.
