Role Description The Business Development Manager role at Handypay Services Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The individual in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with merchants and partners, and promote Handypay’s payment solutions to drive revenue growth.

Day-to-day activities include prospecting potential clients, conducting meetings and presentations, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. The role also involves monitoring market trends, preparing sales reports and forecasts,



and contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance Handypay’s presence in the finance and payment services sector.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or account management within finance, fintech, or payment services.
- Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective growth strategies.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic understanding of digital payment platforms and financial products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Proven capability to meet or exceed sales targets while working both independently and collaboratively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a rapid-paced environment and willingness to travel locally within Mumbai for client meetings.
