About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our team in Chennai.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, developing creative ideas, and staying updated with current social media trends.

You will work closely with our marketing and design team to create content that strengthens brand presence, increases engagement, and supports digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
- Plan and manage monthly social media content calendars.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and short-form video content.
- Develop creative concepts and content ideas for different brands and industries.
- Write captions, social media copy, hooks, and promotional content.
- Participate in content shoots and help plan video concepts.
- Create and edit basic social media creatives and videos.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, formats, audio, and platform updates.
- Monitor engagement, reach, and overall social media performance.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and the digital marketing team.




- Research competitors and identify new content opportunities.
- Maintain consistency in brand tone, style, and messaging.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management, content creation, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and short-form content.
- Valuable content writing and communication skills.
- Ability to generate creative ideas for posts and reels.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
- Video editing knowledge using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working as part of a collaborative marketing team.
