About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media – Content Creation professional who can manage day-to-day client communication and ensure smooth execution of social media and content projects. You’ll work closely with clients and internal creative teams to understand requirements, develop content ideas, and keep briefs, timelines, approvals, and deliverables on track.

What You’ll Do

- Be the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients and manage ongoing communication.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into clear briefs for Copy, Design & Video teams .
- Coordinate social media content, campaigns, and deliverables from brief to final execution .
- Contribute to content ideas and concepts while staying updated with social media trends and formats.
- Track content calendars, timelines, approvals, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
- Manage client feedback and coordinate with internal teams to maintain quality and brand alignment .
- Support client reporting, performance tracking,



and competitor research .

What We’re Looking For

- 1–2 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, Social Media, Digital Marketing, or a Creative Agency.
- Strong communication, coordination, and client management skills.
- Good understanding of social media, content creation, and digital trends .
- Creative mindset with the ability to contribute relevant content ideas .
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines and workstreams .
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset .
