Role & Responsibilities:

- End-to-end ownership of Record to Report (R2R) processes including GL accounting, journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and month-end/year-end close activities

- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of open items

- Prepare and review financial statements as per US GAAP/IFRS/IndAS

- Manage fixed assets accounting, intercompany transactions, and consolidation activities

- Ensure adherence to SLAs, TAT, and process controls (SOX compliance)

- Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives within R2R

- Act as SME for training, mentoring, and upskilling junior team members and recent hires

- Liaise with onshore/client stakeholders, auditors,



and cross-functional teams for query resolution

- Support internal/external audits by providing required documentation and explana

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (M.Com/MBA Finance/CA Inter/CMA preferred)

- 4-8 years of relevant experience in Record to Report/General Ledger accounting, preferably in a shared services/BPO/KPO environment

- Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)

- Sound knowledge of accounting standards (US GAAP/IFRS/IndAS)
