We are looking for an experienced SRC Mentor – Operations to mentor and guide students through practical learning and skill development in the field of Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Mentor and guide students in Operations-related practical activities.
- Provide practical exposure to business operations and processes.
- Support students in developing professional, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback.
- Conduct practical learning and skill development activities.
- Guide students in applying their knowledge to real-world business situations.
- Support students in developing workplace readiness and professional discipline.
Requirements
- Master’s in Operations, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Relevant industry or mentoring experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of business operations and processes.
- Robust communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to guide and motivate students.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
