Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Skin Counsellor to understand clients skin concerns, explain suitable treatments, and guide them through their aesthetic journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Consult with clients to understand their skin concerns and requirements.
- Explain skin and aesthetic treatments, procedures, benefits, and expected outcomes.
- Coordinate with doctors/skin technicians to understand and communicate treatment plans.
- Convert consultations into treatment bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain client records and update consultation and follow-up details.
- Explain treatment packages, pricing, offers, and payment options.
- Build solid relationships with clients and ensure a positive customer experience.




- Handle client queries and concerns professionally.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to improve client retention and repeat bookings.
- Ensure all client communication is accurate and professional.
- Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in skin, aesthetics, dermatology, cosmetology, wellness, or healthcare sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and counselling skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Good knowledge of basic skin and aesthetic treatments.
- Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented.
- Comfortable with achieving sales targets and handling follow-ups.
- Good knowledge of WhatsApp, CRM, and basic computer applications.
