About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Executive to manage and execute key HR functions across the employee lifecycle. This role will involve employee engagement, HR policies, compliance, payroll, recruitment, performance management, and day-to-day HR operations.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, have solid communication skills,
and be able to independently manage HR processes while building a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a startup or fast-paced organization.
- Hands-on experience across HR Operations, Recruitment, Payroll, Employee Engagement, and Compliance.
- Good understanding of HR policies, processes, and employee lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with applicable labour laws and statutory HR compliance.
- Experience handling payroll processes and employee-related data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset.
