Role Description The Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day site operations for architectural, interior design, and Vastu-aligned projects in Siliguri.

Responsibilities include coordinating with designers, contractors, and vendors; monitoring work progress; ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, timelines, and safety regulations. The role involves conducting regular site inspections, resolving on-site issues, maintaining documentation, and updating project stakeholders on status and requirements. This is a full-time,



in office role based in Siliguri, requiring consistent presence at project locations and effective collaboration with the project team.

Qualifications

- Strong site supervision skills, including daily coordination with contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings and specifications.
- Working knowledge of construction processes, materials, and basic project management practices.
- Attention to detail, with a focus on quality control, safety compliance, and timely completion of work.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in maintaining site reports, progress records, and basic documentation.
- Experience in residential and/or commercial interior projects; familiarity with Vastu concepts is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Siliguri and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
