Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane and MMR Region, responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities at project sites. This position involves monitoring construction and installation work, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring that work is executed according to architectural and interior design plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Supervisor will manage site schedules, track progress against timelines, and report updates and issues to project managers and designers. The role includes verifying material usage, resolving in office challenges, maintaining site documentation,



and supporting liaison activities related to inspections or approvals.

Supervisor works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep projects on track and within defined specifications.

Qualifications

- Experience in supervising construction or interior fit-out sites, preferably in commercial, or industrial projects.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, interior layouts, and basic structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) concepts.
- Knowledge of site safety practices, quality control standards, and local building regulations.
- Ability to coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and government authorities in a professional manner.
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail and documentation.
- Proficiency in basic computer tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, site reporting formats); familiarity with CAD or project management tools is an advantage.
- Minimum diploma or degree in civil engineering, architecture, interior design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site in MMR Region and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced project environment.
