Site Supervisor - 1 Position

What you'll do (in brief)

1. Supervise day to day interior execution and site activities.
2. coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, vendors & other agencies.
3. Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, design specs, quality standards, and timelines.
4. Monitor workmanship, materials, measurements, & finishing quality.
5. Coordinate with designers & consultants to resolve site related issues.
6. Maintain daily site reports & track project progress.
7. Identify potential delays or execution issues and proactively address them.
8. Ensure proper site discipline, safety and work practices.
9. Prepare and track closure of snag list before the final handover.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra (Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:
- Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:
- Site Execution / Supervision: 5 years (Preferred)

Language:
- English, Hindi, Marathi (Preferred)
