Job Title: Site In-Charge Department: Projects / Operations Location: [Site Location] Reporting To: Project Manager / Project Head Job Summary The Site In-Charge is responsible for the overall management and supervision of site activities, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations and coordinate all site activities. Supervise contractors, subcontractors, technicians, and workers. Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management. Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, engineers, and other stakeholders. Ensure proper availability and utilization of manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.

Monitor the quality of work and ensure compliance with required standards. Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental procedures at the site. Identify site issues, delays, and risks and take corrective action.

Check material requirements, deliveries, storage, and consumption. Maintain site records, daily progress reports, measurements, and documentation. Verify completed work and support measurement, billing,



and certification activities.

Conduct site meetings and coordinate work schedules with relevant teams. Ensure housekeeping, site discipline, and proper use of equipment. Resolve day-to-day technical and operational issues at the site.

Ensure timely completion and successful handover of the project.

Required Qualifications &

Skills Diploma / 10th , Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant engineering field, depending on the project. 1 years of relevant site experience. Strong knowledge of site execution and supervision. Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage manpower and subcontractors effectively. Knowledge of safety and quality requirements. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications. Valuable reporting and documentation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
