Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Ahmedabad Area, responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities at residential and related project sites. This role includes coordinating with project managers, designers, and contractors to ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Supervisor monitors progress, manages site schedules, and ensures materials, tools, and resources are available and used efficiently. The role involves conducting regular inspections, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring safety and compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.

prepares basic reports, communicates updates to stakeholders, and supports timely project completion.

Qualifications

- Experience supervising interior or construction project sites, with strong skills in site coordination and monitoring.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings, layouts, and basic technical specifications.
- Knowledge of construction and interior fit-out processes, materials, and quality standards.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines on site.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Understanding of basic safety practices and site compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in using smartphones and basic digital tools for documentation, photos, and reporting; familiarity with MS Office or similar software is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in place of formal education.
- Prior experience in residential interiors or turnkey projects in the Greater Ahmedabad Area is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in office full time, with flexibility for extended hours when required by project timelines.
