- Position: Site Operator &
- Helper

- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹23,000 CTC per month

- Experience: Freshers can apply; prior experience preferred

- Operate and maintain electromechanical equipment at STP, WWTP, and MBR sites.

- Handle pumps, valves, electrical panels, and other plant equipment.

- Conduct regular plant inspections and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

- Coordinate with clients, vendors, project managers, and internal teams.

- Maintain site records, attendance, inspection reports, and other documentation.

- Support material, equipment, repair, and delivery coordination.

- Ensure the plant is ready for inspections and complies with safety and operational requirements.

- Assist in identifying problems and implementing improvements at the site.

Key Responsibilities

Plant Operations

- Operate pumps, valves, electrical panels, and other electromechanical equipment.

- Ensure distributors remain free from blockages.

- Clean waterlogged areas of Bio Mounds by removing accumulated top sludge.

- Conduct regular inspections of plant equipment and operational areas.

- Take broken-down equipment such as pumps to repair workshops when required.

Site Maintenance

- Carry out weekly gardening activities to maintain plant cleanliness and appearance.

- Ensure appropriate site rules and welfare facilities are maintained.

- Keep the plant ready for inspections conducted by VEC or AAI.

- Identify maintenance requirements and report equipment issues promptly.

Testing &

- Documentation





- Submit water samples for testing as per contractual requirements.

- Maintain daily muster attendance records for attendance and salary processing.

- Send weekly 4-bottle pictures and plant photographs to the project site WhatsApp group.

- Complete site reports and maintain required operational records.

Coordination &

- Site Support

- Coordinate with clients, vendors, project managers, and the VEC internal team.

- Assist project managers in planning work programmes.

- Help coordinate deliveries of materials, plant, and equipment.

- Attend site management meetings when required.

- Support day-to-day site activities and resolve operational issues.

Safety &

- Compliance

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements, processes, and procedures.

- Ensure site safety rules are followed.

- Raise safety concerns with the appropriate authority.

- Support implementation of corrective actions and improvements.

- Ensure the site remains safe, clean, and operational.

Qualifications &

- Requirements

- Education: High School (12th standard), Diploma, or ITI.

- ITI candidates from Electrical / Fitter / Plumber trades are preferred.

- Prior experience in STP, WWTP, or MBR plant operations is preferred but not mandatory.

- Freshers can apply.

- Must have a WhatsApp-enabled mobile phone.

- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, Gmail, and other online tools.

- Good coordination and communication skills.

- Willingness to work at project sites and handle operational responsibilities.
