SECTION II: ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose of the Role) The Site Head – Facility Management is responsible for strategizing, leading, and governing estate and facility management operations for existing and upcoming projects across the assigned region. The role ensures seamless transition from project handover to operations, society formation, customer satisfaction, statutory compliance, and long-term asset value preservation.

SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES

Financial / Functional perspective

- Prepare, manage, and control Facility Management and CAM budgets.
- Drive cost optimization while maintaining service quality.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and take corrective actions
- Improve cost efficiencies through vendor rationalization and process improvements.
- Support asset value preservation through effective lifecycle planning.

Customer Perspective




- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent service delivery.
- Oversee smooth transition from project handover to operations and society formation.
- Establish effective customer communication and feedback mechanisms.
- Act as an escalation point for critical customer and resident issues.
- Ensure safe, secure, and well-maintained environments.
