Position: Shift In-Charge

Location: Rourkela, Odisha

Minimum Qualification

- Graduate Engineer in:
- Mechanical Engineering, or
- Chemical Engineering, or
- Civil Engineering

Minimum Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of:
- Water Treatment Plants (WTP)
- Pump Houses
- Water transmission and distribution piping systems
- Out of the total experience, at least 2 years must have been served as a Site In-Charge/Shift In-Charge, with responsibility for plant operations, manpower supervision, coordination of maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage shift operations of the water treatment plant and associated pump houses.
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of pumps, pipelines, valves, and related equipment.




- Monitor plant performance and water quality parameters.
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Maintain safety, environmental, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Lead shift personnel and handle emergency operational situations effectively.

Position: Shift In-Charge Location: Rourkela, Odisha

Qualification: Graduate Engineer (Mechanical/Chemical/Civil)

Experience: Minimum 10 years in Water Treatment Plant, Pump House, and Piping System operations, including at least 2 years as Site In-Charge/Shift In-Charge.

Pay: ₹20,132.60 - ₹40,000.00 per month
