- Valuable understanding of RCC construction.
- Ability to read structural drawings.
- Basic knowledge of BBS and reinforcement detailing.
- Knowledge of shuttering/formwork and concreting.
- Understanding of construction sequence and site practices.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
- Good reporting and documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn practical structural engineering.
- Steel and structural element checking knowledge of as per drawing
