About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and technically competent Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities at the project site. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Check measurements, quantities, materials, and workmanship.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Prepare daily site reports, progress reports, measurement sheets, and other project documentation.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with senior engineers.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower, machinery, and other resources.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Ensure all site activities comply with health and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with the planning and procurement teams regarding material and resource requirements.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, measurements,



inspections, and site activities.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil/Mech/Electrical Engineering.
- 0–5 years of relevant experience in construction/site execution.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site practices.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD would be an advantage.
- Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage site activities effectively.
- Willingness to work at project sites and travel when required.

Salary: ₹20-30K per month / As per industry standards and based on Experience
