Role Summary:

Responsible for supervising and managing construction activities at site, ensuring quality work, timely execution, and adherence to project specifications and safety standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day site execution and construction activities
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work
- Maintain quality standards and ensure proper site safety practices
- Check measurements and verify site work as per project requirements
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and internal teams
- Monitor material usage and site inventory
- Prepare daily progress reports and site updates
- Resolve technical and execution-related issues at site
- Ensure compliance with company standards and construction guidelines





Skills Required:

- Knowledge of construction methods and site execution
- Ability to read technical drawings and plans
- Positive problem-solving and coordination skills
- Leadership and team management ability
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel preferred

Qualification & Experience:

- Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering
- Experience in real estate/construction industry preferred
