We are looking for a Site Engineer to oversee and coordinate interior and civil works at residential project sites.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and workers.
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other vendors.
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings, measurements, quality standards, and timelines.
- Check site measurements and material requirements.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates.
- Coordinate with the design and project team for smooth execution.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues.
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in site execution / interior projects.
- Knowledge of basic construction and interior works.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites in Chennai.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence is mandatory.
