PositionSite Engineer – Fire Detection & Alarm Systems

LocationKota, Rajasthan

Qualification

- Diploma in Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering preferred.
- B.Sc. Electronics / Instrumentation candidates with relevant experience may also apply.

Experience1–3 years of hands-on experience in:

- Installation
- Commissioning
- Servicing
- Troubleshooting
- Maintenance of Fire Detection & Alarm Systems

Key Responsibilities
1. Responsible for Installation, Commissioning & Servicing of Fire Detection & Alarm Systems at project sites.
2. Ensure proper implementation of safety norms for the entire team working at site.
3. Ensure proper project execution, closure and handover to the customer/end-user.
4. Coordinate and arrange manpower and contractors required for project execution.
5. Coordinate purchase/procurement of materials required at the project site.
6. Ensure compliance with applicable site safety procedures, Indian Electricity Rules and statutory requirements.
7. Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR) to management and concerned customer officials.
8. Coordinate with Head Office and internal departments such as Sales, Projects, Procurement and Service.
9.



Ensure timely completion of projects as per customer specifications and quality requirements.
10. Troubleshoot technical and site-related issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
11. Maintain proper site documentation, records and handover documentation.
12. Maintain effective coordination with customers/end-users and other agencies at the project site.

Key Skills & Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Fire Detection & Alarm Systems.
- Knowledge of installation, commissioning, servicing and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Smoke, Fire & Flame Detection Systems will be preferred.
- Understanding of project execution and site coordination.
- Ability to handle site-related technical issues independently.
- Valuable communication and customer coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel and stay at project sites for extended periods.
- Knowledge of Fire & Gas / Fire Alarm / Fire Detection Systems will be an advantage.
- English and Hindi communication skills preferred.
