Job Summary

Jaywant Group is looking for a Civil Site Engineer to manage day-to-day site execution, quality, manpower, materials, and construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day civil construction activities at site.
- Execute work as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
- Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing and structural works.
- Check quality of materials and workmanship as per required standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors and site teams.
- Monitor manpower, material requirements and daily progress.
- Conduct site measurements and maintain daily progress reports/site records.
- Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.




- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Project Manager, Architects, Consultants and other departments.

Candidate Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–6 years of relevant site experience in civil construction.
- Good knowledge of RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plastering and finishing works.
- Ability to read and understand civil/structural drawings.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Solid site coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
