Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced CRM – Technical Site professional with strong exposure to post-sales customer support, documentation, unit inspection, snag management, and handover activities in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Document Verification

- To check all the handover documents before they give it to the customers (Agreement, Addendums, Payment Receipts, NOC, OC, Possession Letter, Warranty Documents, etc.) and ensure accuracy and completeness.

2. Customer Assistance





- Attend the walk-in customers at the site and address their CRM-related queries regarding payments, documents, agreements, handover, defects, maintenance, etc.

3. Unit Inspection & Handover Support

- Conduct pre-handover unit inspections using CRM checklist, identify and log all snags/defects in the CRM system, coordinate with concerned teams for rectification and ensure the unit is neat and perfect, and ready for handover.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
