Role Description This is a full time, on-site Site Civil Engineer role based in Bengaluru.

The Site Civil

Engineer will oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors and project managers, monitoring progress, resolving on-site technical issues, and maintaining quality control. The role also involves reviewing civil design details, assisting in planning and scheduling, inspecting materials and workmanship,



and preparing site reports and documentation. The engineer will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support timely, compliant, and cost-effective project delivery.

Qualifications

- Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills for planning, reviewing, and implementing project specifications.
- Candidates must have an industry experience of 2 to 3 years as a mandatory requirement.
- Experience working as Civil Engineers with responsibility for on-site supervision and coordination.
- Planning skills for scheduling activities, resource allocation, and monitoring project timelines.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management for site drainage, erosion control, and compliance with local regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Familiarity with construction codes, standards, and safety practices.
- Proficiency in engineering and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, civil design tools) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work effectively on-site and within cross-functional teams.
