CivilRaw is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to manage residential construction sites, coordinate with contractors and homeowners, and ensure that construction work meets required quality, safety, and engineering standards.

The role involves regular travel to project sites across Hyderabad, so candidates should be comfortable working at different locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day residential construction activities at project sites.
- Conduct stage-wise QA/QC inspections of construction work.
- Check reinforcement, shuttering, concrete, masonry, plastering, waterproofing and other works.
- Ensure construction follows approved drawings, specifications and IS codes.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, vendors and homeowners.
- Monitor material quality and workmanship.
- Prepare daily site progress reports with photographs.
- Identify construction defects and raise snags/non-conformities.
- Track project progress against planned schedules.
- Verify measurements and work quantities.
- Maintain proper site documentation and inspection records.




- Travel between multiple CivilRaw project sites as required.

Candidate Requirements
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant site experience.
- Residential construction experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of construction practices and QA/QC.
- Ability to read and understand structural and architectural drawings.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Should have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
- Willingness to travel to different project sites in Hyderabad.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for site quality and progress.
