 Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably with exposure to management or technology programs.

- 5+ years of experience in program coordination, project management, or related roles.

 Experience in government or innovation program ecosystems is desirable. Primary Skills:  Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.

 Good written and verbal communication skills.

 Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools. Secondary Skills:

 Basic understanding of innovation ecosystems and government programs.

 Ability to work well in cross-functional teams.

 Assist in managing candidate proposals, evaluation processes, and selection workflows.

 Coordinate communications between startups, academia, UIDAI teams, and partners.

 Support milestone tracking, reporting, and documentation maintenance.

 Organize events, workshops, and hackathons as part of ecosystem engagement.

 Facilitate compliance checks and administrative tasks.
