Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering. 1–5 years of experience in construction or real estate projects preferred. Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution. Ability to read and understand civil drawings. Knowledge of quantity estimation and measurements is an advantage. Positive communication and team-management skills. Willingness to work at construction/project sites.
