Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom efficiently.

- Lead, motivate, train, and monitor the performance of the sales team.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Monitor daily enquiries, test rides/demonstrations, bookings, deliveries, and conversions.

- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective customers and improve conversion ratios.

- Maintain excellent customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction.

- Handle customer complaints and resolve escalations professionally and promptly.

- Monitor team attendance, discipline, grooming, and overall productivity.

- Conduct daily sales meetings and review individual and team performance.

- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.

- Ensure proper maintenance of the showroom, vehicle display, branding, cleanliness, and overall ambience.

- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with relevant departments for vehicle allocation and deliveries.

- Ensure all sales documentation, customer records, and system updates are completed accurately and on time.

- Plan and execute local marketing activities, promotional campaigns,



and events to generate leads.

- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Registration, Service, and other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback and share insights with management.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and standard operating procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate or equivalent qualification; MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.

- Minimum 3–8 years of experience in automobile showroom operations, retail sales, or team management.

- Strong leadership and team-handling skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and improve team performance.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and dealership/CRM systems.

- Ability to handle pressure and work in a target-driven environment.

- Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.
