About the Role

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to manage customer interactions and sales at our fitness studio/showroom.

The candidate will be responsible for handling the front desk, attending to walk-in customers, explaining fitness plans and services, generating and following up on leads, converting enquiries into memberships, and supporting the smooth day-to-day functioning of the showroom.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Conversion

- Attend to walk-in customers and understand their fitness requirements.
- Explain and promote available fitness memberships, packages, plans, and services.
- Convert walk-in enquiries and leads into memberships.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Handle trial sessions and follow up with trial customers for conversion.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Upsell and upgrade existing customers to suitable plans and packages.
- Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and customers.

Showroom / Front Desk Operations
- Manage the showroom/reception desk and greet customers professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, customer enquiries, registrations, and appointments.
- Manage customer check-ins and maintain basic attendance and membership records.
- Coordinate with trainers and other staff to ensure smooth customer flow and daily operations.




- Maintain an organised, presentable, and welcoming showroom environment.
- Handle basic customer queries and ensure concerns are appropriately addressed.
- Assist management with routine showroom and administrative activities.

Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up with members regarding membership renewals, upgrades, and expired plans.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate important concerns to management.
- Ensure every customer receives a professional and positive experience.

Requirements
- 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable interacting with customers.
- Solid sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Presentable, energetic, and customer-friendly personality.
- Basic computer and communication skills.
- Ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.
- Prior experience in sales, showroom sales, retail, fitness, hospitality, front desk, or customer service will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
