1. CUSTOMER HANDLING

- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle requirements.

- Explain Honda models, features, specifications, variants, and pricing.

- Conduct product demonstrations and test rides.

- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.

1. SALES PROCESS

- Handle customer enquiries from initial contact to vehicle delivery.

- Provide accurate information regarding vehicles, finance, insurance, exchange, and accessories.

- Prepare quotations and collect required customer documents.

- Coordinate with relevant departments for smooth vehicle delivery.

1. LEAD MANAGEMENT & FOLLOW-UP

- Maintain proper records of customer enquiries and leads.

- Follow up with prospective customers regularly.

- Update customer information and enquiry status.

- Maintain professional communication through calls, messages, and personal meetings.

1. FIELD & CUSTOMER DEVELOPMENT

- Conduct field visits to identify potential customers.

- Develop new customer contacts and business opportunities.





- Participate in showroom activities, exhibitions, campaigns, and promotional events.

- Generate customer referrals and maintain existing customer relationships.

1. DELIVERY & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

- Coordinate with PDI, Finance, Insurance, Accessories, and Delivery teams.

- Ensure all required documents are completed before delivery.

- Explain vehicle features and basic operations to customers during delivery.

- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

1. AFTER-SALES FOLLOW-UP

- Maintain regular communication with customers after delivery.

- Follow up regarding service requirements and customer satisfaction.

- Encourage customers to use authorised service facilities.

- Handle customer concerns professionally and report unresolved issues to the concerned manager.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
