Homework Living is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our team in Calicut. The role involves assisting customers in selecting furniture, understanding their requirements, explaining product details, and ensuring a smooth showroom experience from enquiry to purchase.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Recommend suitable furniture based on space, style, size, and requirements.
- Explain product specifications, materials, finishes, pricing, and customization options.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers on enquiries.
- Convert showroom enquiries into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Coordinate with the design, production, and delivery teams when required.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Keep the showroom displays, product information, and customer areas well organized.
- Stay updated on recent products, collections, offers, and furniture trends.




- Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure a positive buying experience.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in showroom sales, furniture sales, interior products, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and negotiation abilities.
- Good understanding of sales processes and follow-ups.
- Interest in furniture, interiors, and home décor.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Fluency in Malayalam and English; Hindi or other languages will be an added advantage.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to achieve targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
