Role & responsibilities

- Execute and monitor package dyeing operations as per production plans.
- Ensure accurate shade development and shade matching as per customer requirements.
- Operate and supervise HTHP Package Dyeing Machines to achieve production targets.
- Conduct shift-wise production planning and ensure timely completion of dyeing schedules.
- Allocate manpower effectively across machines and workstations during the shift.
- Monitor dye and chemical consumption to ensure process efficiency and cost control.
- Perform shade evaluation and approve shade passing as per quality standards.
- Coordinate with quality, production, and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain process parameters, production records, and shift reports.





Required Qualifications B.Tech OR Diploma in Textile Chemistry/Processing

Preferred candidate profile

- 1 to 4 years' experience in Package Dyeing operations.
- Hands-on experience in operating and managing HTHP (High Temperature High Pressure) Package Dyeing Machines is mandatory.
- Candidates from yarn dyeing manufacturing industries will be preferred.
- Experience in Computer Color Matching (CCM) systems, shade matching.
