Role Overview As a Shift Incharge, you will be responsible for managing daily café operations during your assigned shift. This is a full-time position where you will lead a team, ensure smooth counter service, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities • Oversee all counter sales operations and ensure efficient service delivery during your shift • Manage team members and ensure adherence to company policies and service standards • Handle cash transactions, billing, and maintain accurate transaction records • Monitor and manage inventory levels, stock rotation, and ordering of supplies • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained across the café • Address customer complaints and resolve issues professionally • Prepare daily sales reports and communicate operational updates to management • Train and guide junior staff members on service protocols and product knowledge





Must-Have Skills • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, café, or counter sales operations • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in B2C sales and counter service • Experience in inventory management and stock control • Basic English proficiency • Ability to manage and lead a team effectively • 12th Pass or equivalent education • Age between 20 to 35 years

Good to Have • Experience in food and beverage industry • Knowledge of café operations and menu items • Experience with POS systems or billing software • Customer service certifications • Flexibility to work rotating shifts and weekends
