Key Responsibilities:

- Track inventory, raw material usage, and wastage, and report shortages or operational issues.
- Manage and supervise executive-level kitchen staff during the assigned shift.
- Manage incoming orders and ensure accurate and timely preparation and dispatch.
- Coordinate with delivery partners/riders to ensure timely order pickup and delivery.
- Handle customer interactions, order-related queries, and customer complaints, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Monitor order status and coordinate with kitchen and delivery teams to minimize delays and errors.
- Allocate tasks and monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, and discipline.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality, hygiene, food safety, and operational standards.




- Monitor product quality, order accuracy, packaging, and presentation.
- Resolve day-to-day operational challenges and escalate major issues to the Center Lead / Operations Manager.
- Maintain shift reports and ensure a proper handover to the next shift.

Requirements:

- 2–3 years of experience in a bakery, central kitchen, hotel, QSR, or food production unit.
- Prior team-handling experience preferred.
- Knowledge of bakery production, food safety, and kitchen operations.
- Valuable communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
