Key Requirements:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow
- Robust expertise in ServiceNow Administration and ITSM
- Good knowledge of ServiceNow modules and real-time project scenarios
- Prior experience as a Technical/Corporate Trainer
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to deliver practical, industry-oriented training
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA/CIS/CAD) will be an added advantage
