UI Builder & Workspace Development

Design and develop responsive experiences using ServiceNow UI Builder.

Configure and customize Agent Workspace, Configurable Workspace, and Employee Center experiences.

Build reusable UI components, pages, variants, and page templates.

Develop custom experiences by leveraging Now Experience Framework.

Implement role-based user experiences and persona-driven navigation.

Service Portal Development

Design, develop, and maintain Service Portal solutions.

Develop custom widgets using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.

Configure portals, themes, pages, menus, branding, and widget frameworks.

Optimize portal performance and accessibility compliance.

Build portal integrations with ServiceNow backend applications.

UI/UX Design Responsibilities

Work with business stakeholders to understand user journeys and pain points.

Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interaction designs.

Apply UX best practices to improve usability and adoption.

Conduct design reviews and recommend user experience improvements.

Ensure consistency across portal, workspace, and mobile experiences.

Portal Migration Delivery Responsibilities

Participate in requirements analysis, solution design, sprint planning, demos, UAT, and production deployment.

Support Portal Migration and Convergence initiatives.

Collaborate with multiple project teams to resolve business and technical blockers.

Support defect resolution, production issues, and enhancement activities.





Work within Agile delivery models and contribute to continuous improvement.
